We are hiring an Associate to grow into the firm's lead hearing attorney. A full-time, in-office position at our Lynbrook office, with regular appearances in courts across the New York metro area.
The role
We are hiring an Associate to grow into the firm's lead hearing attorney. The role starts primarily transactional: drafting and negotiating contracts, resolving settlement disputes, and handling a share of court and arbitration hearings. As you build experience, the role shifts toward hearings in state court, federal court, and commercial arbitration.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to grow into a confident courtroom advocate while building a solid foundation in transactional work. You will work directly with the firm's partners and take on real responsibility early.
